Users are encouraged to carefully review all plan details before making a purchase.
All purchases made through Coin Worker are considered final once the purchased Worker Plan, service, or feature has been activated and delivered to the user's account.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Coin Worker reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a system or payment processing error.
Billing Errors
If an incorrect amount was charged because of a verified platform error.
Failed Service Delivery
If payment was successfully completed but the purchased service, feature, or Worker Plan was not delivered to the user's account within a reasonable period.
Unauthorized Transactions
If Coin Worker determines that a transaction was unauthorized and meets the platform's security review requirements.
Refunds generally will not be provided for:

- Failure to use purchased services.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Account suspension due to Terms violations.
- Incorrect information provided by the user.
- Referral reward disputes.
- Market fluctuations.
- Cryptocurrency price changes.
- User mistakes during purchase.
